We are looking for actors with range who can create a variety of strong characters and transform themselves into those characters. We are not looking for people who want to act for the same reasons Paris Hilton wants to act. You must be able to improvise, meaning you must have the ability to develop and build a character so well-defined that you can think and act as that character with ease. Sometimes you will be required to improvise your lines and actions in scenes. And you must have a sense of humor. We aren't looking for, “I only do Shakespeare and dog food commercials” people.
